Firstly it’s absolutely wonderful to have restaurant quality pasta dishes available and ready to send to your home so that you can have a dining out experience whilst in the comfort of your own home. You have the choice of ordering as and when or being the Italian cuisine addicts we are you can set up a plan which have discounts but also can be cancelled or changed at any point. Finally their customer service is exemplary with extremely helpful staff. If you like pasta you’ll not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

This is Just Disgusting...I Ordered Dragon Pasta From Reading Branch Because My Children Loved the Shape and All We Got Was a Lump of Overcooked Pasta...See The Picture...Overpriced and Bland...and the Lemon Tart Didn't Have Any Lemon in it or Even Any Lemon Flavour...Dont Waste Your Money...Avoid At All Cost....

Food is disgusting. Got beef shin lasagne delivered, it’s clearly burnt, pasta is hard & over cooked. Staff are useless with help, don’t waste your time or money!

It’s been 6 months now, all the pasta I ordered from them near by Tottenham hale, Manchester and near By Harrow don’t take care of the quality. Pasta not al dente, In Italy we call it “scotta”. In Manchester, and one time in London, I ordered a dish of pasta with mushrooms: the sauce was liquid not creamy, tasteless and pasta not al dente and I threw it straight away. Literally a menu from the hospital would have been better Now I have just ordered the parmigiana, that was good, but the spaghetti with tomato and basil: horrible. Again, not al dente completely dry, no sauce. I took the picture and it’s not like they advertise it on Uber eats For the British for sure it is good, but not for us, Italians and for the prices, I mean. At least put effort in training your staff. This is not Made in Italy. This is the last time I’m gonna order from them, unless I’m starving

This is a review of their delivery service on Deliveroo. I can’t comment on other parts of their business or other branches/franchisees they might have. Looking into it, it appears that all their ‘fresh’ pasta is made by machine in a factory in West London. It’s then sealed and put into fridge or frozen packets. They then have franchisees to which they send them, perhaps with sauce packs, or perhaps the franchisees are expected to make the sauces. Our delivery came from a ghost kitchen called Harry’s Kitchen in Herne Hill. They also do their own stuff and perhaps that’s fine. It’s less than five minutes away by bike from my house, the delivery was very quick, yet still the food was cold, and it was a mild night. All the pasta was mushy, as if it had been microwaved from frozen, but not even heated enough. The sauces for the mushrooms and carbonara were basically the same, just a weak bechamel with no flavour whatsoever. The ‘wild’ mushrooms in the sauce were sliced raw button mushrooms that had seemingly sat in water. There was absolutely no seasoning in anything, and no matter what amount of salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, fresh grated Parmesan or truffle oil could bring it to life. It was just a horrible gloop and the ravioli/tagliatelle/spaghetti just clumped together in a horrible mush. It was the worst takeaway I’ve had in my life. Stupidly I only applied for a ‘cold’ discount from Deliveroo, which they instantly approved, whereas I should have demanded a full refund. They fake their ratings on Deliveroo. I looked at the company’s accounts today (posted in 2022) In their last annual report they had a turnover of over £25 million but a loss of £10 million. Rich people are propping up this ambitious company, perhaps because they have a branch at Harrods, but the franchisee system has to stop because they cannot control the quality and, the more I think about it, I want my money back for that terrible, terrible food.

So 1st order missing items. Reported and told it would be delivered next day - it wasn't. Informed the money would be taken off 2nd order- it wasn't. 3rd and last ever order did not arrive. When asked for a photo of where it was left eventually received one and not our house. I has stayed at home for the window given. Nothing. I have 3 dogs who are very verbal of anyone coming to the house. Enough I'm afraid. On the 1st occasion we had people coming for dinner. Had to go to local supermarket and improvise. Don't bother.

I cancelled my subscription a couple of weeks ago and now they are charging me for my next order. The company is a joke and in my eyes, fraudulent, as I am 99% sure I cancelled and they try and keep you on. Also funny how they give you the worst recipes you wouldn’t have ever picked. I quite liked the product but to be honest it is not worth the hassle for mediocre food - pasta and watery sauce. HelloFresh or Gousto are far better.

The pasta is always brilliant, one of the most consistently good recipe kit deliveries there is. So quick to prepare, generous portions, and delicious. Also, great customer service so if ever anything goes wrong their agents sort it out asap. Saying that, I’ve not had many problems over the years but one time I applied a promo code that was meant to give you £10 off your next 5 orders. It didn’t work, and I was charged in full. I was given £20 credit towards my next order. Then, when I preemptively reminded them I should get a discount on my 3rd order they applied another £30 credit ☺️. Very fair service.
