Signed up for the trial - two orders, half price Both orders consisted of two items. Both times one item was not available and was substituted with something supposedly as close as they had to the original. They were nothing like, apart from having pasta in them. However, the second order - carbonara and ragu; the ragu was not available (they have the order days in advance though...). So they replaced the ragu with... Carbonara Genius. And the phone customer service doesn't even see the problem "standard replacement for ragu". Supposed to eat carbonara Monday and Tuesday (I know, first world problem, but...) Oh - and the pasta - one out of the 3 dishes was Ok - a lasagne. Portions a bit small, and at full price - £8 each, would be a bit expensive. The other two dishes; sauces were fine, but the pasta was very cloying. Better fresh pasta available in supermarkets. Cancelled account, one dish has been refunded.

Awful meal delivered. £14 for the beef shin lasagne which turned up looking like it had been sat out all day. Was tough, dry and rubbery. There was about a teaspoon of beef shin ragu in the slice of lasagne which was about the size of a brownie.. They used to be really nice, have tied all of the lasagnes in the past but they have gone down hill, will never order from them again with their extortionate prices if this is what you get the chance of being served.

Well made sauces, delicious filled pastas, great choice of pasta dishes.

Very tasty, quick and easy, even straight out of the freezer if I have managed to not devour them over the weekend.

I ordered the Amatriciana from the Tooting branch via UberEATS, I also paid for extra sauce. What I got was dry, overcooked pasta, all clumped together with literally no sauce. I sent a complaint via Insta DM, they asked for further details which I provided. They have not replied to 3 further messages from me. Ordering from the delivery platform is super expensive and a treat, this was inedible and I am absolutely due a refund. Zero customer service, even if the food was amazing, service is really important to me, I’d never order from them again.

The pasta is mostly delicious. Where they really let themselves down is the customer service and customer experience. You can't just order a one-off delivery, for a start - even if you were happy to pay more to not be in a subscription. The best you can do is set up a subscription, order, pause or cancel it - a right pain. The website itself is a bit hit-and-miss: plenty of technical problems. Google log-in doesn't work. Customer service isn't brilliant - they don't really go the extra mile for customers. Good food isn't enough - they have to be much more customer-focused than they are today.

We trusted the company with a large order for an important event, and they cancelled it at the last minute without giving proper time to correspond with the customer. After that they did nothing to help rectify the situation. We have been with them for a long time, and have always appreciated how they have been quick to fix orders they have packed incorrectly, etc. To see no effort on their part now for a big order is very disappointing and we will no longer be using them.

Ordered 2 meals and 2 puddings as I had a £10 off email ( I’ve ordered a few years ago before and it was really good) this time… SHOCKING it’s as if they’ve got bigger and just don’t care about their products anymore, everything came damaged, open, spilt, upside down and all the dates go off tomorrow! I have emailed them to see what they’re gonna do about it as I’ve spent £50 on this order which is an extortion amount of money as I wanted to do something nice for my family but it’s ruined because it came looking like the box was stepped on and dropped multiple times. I also got two free beers in my order, but they also look like have been dropped, everything is wet I’ve had to clean everything off and not wet with water from the ice packs with liquid from the food products. Won't be ordering again!

I really enjoy these fresh pasta dishes and thereis lways a good choice. Delivered when expexted and well packed

Lots of options and especially enjoy the various seafood ravioli. Good size double portions - sometimes even have leftovers for the next day!

We went to pasta evangelist in Harrods yesterday to have lunch , and was so disappointed. Had read the reviews and am a big pasta lover so had high hopes . The pasta when it arrived was only warm , the tomato sauce looked as if someone had opened a tin of tomatoes and mixed in the pasta and tasted like it as well . The beef Ragu was not rich tasting , but chewy and bland . The biggest let down was the pasta which was underwhelming. Certainly not worth the eye watering price £36 for the Ragu and a similar price for the pasta and tomato sauce . In fact I refused to pay for the meal as I thought it was certainly not worth it . On a more positive the restaurant manager was very polite and apologetic. Can I also say we were not the only customer s who were unhappy with their meal .

Delivered on time and well packaged. The food was very easy to prepare and was amazing! Will definitely use again.

Ordered food on Pasta Evangelist website which was sent for delivery. Delivery driver stated on app that order was delivered but no order delivered. Customer service agent said that it may take 2 weeks to get a refund , no compensation offered and now I have no food. Disgusting service and will never use again.
