We both needed a bit of cheering up and this takeaway did just that. Fresh food perfectly cooked and beautifully packed. It was a reminder of happy times in Italy. Thoroughly recommended.

I have tried the meal kits to prepare at home and have also tried the take away meals sold on their website and the usual takeaways platforms we all know. Honestly, I do my own cooking and have very high standards. Having said that I couldn't fault the quality or taste of the dishes. Really well done.

Vegetarian dish arrived with meat chunks on top of it. The order was labelled correctly it seems so unclear to me how someone can get this wrong. Would not order from here again I would give zero stars if I could.

Having received a recomendation from my neighbour I decided to order a takeaway from the Altrincham restaurant. My order arrived within 20 minutes. Fabulous. Having received a £10 off offer for placing my first order, I was obviously delighted. Our celebratory meal arrived on time. However.... upon opening the food we found it to be cold and bland. There was just a bowl of pasta shells sligthly and I mean slightly covered in a bland sauce. Having stirred the meal I noticed a piece of clear plastic approximately 1" long and half an inch in depth. It resembled a piece of shelf edging in a supermarket. (Image supplied). I rang the Altrincham restaurant to advise them. They kindly offered a free meal when I next ordered. To be honest, thankyou but we do not want the free meal. Pasta evangelist has never let me down. Their pasta is so delicious and fresh. It takes minutes to cook, which is great and especially if you have people for dinner. If ever there has been a problem (which is hardly ever) they quickly resolve the problem their customer service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed. Also for a treat I booked their pasta academy it was 2 hours of bottomless Prosecco and pasta making it was excellent and such good fun. Thank you to all the staff who work their.

I’ve ordered many times, the last 3 times its been awful. I’ve had to call up each time to chase my order. I’ve had to wait up to 2 hours each time. Terrible service

Fantastic pasta. Very pleased that they have recently opened a new store in St Albans. Great quality food, lots of veggie options and decent desserts available. I don't feel as guilty or indulgent ordering this, as it's clearly much fresher than other takeaways. They also offer home-cook kits which are brilliant. Obviously with opening a new store there will be some initial teething problems, but they more than made up for this with excellent communication and customer service. They have very dedicated staff that genuinely care about your experience and they went out of their way for us which was impressive. I hope the St Albans store does well, and I will certainly be ordering again! 😁

Have always enjoyed the food though delivery charges were a bit unwelcome and pauso g wasnt the easiest. Paused my plan early on Wed morning but they then billed for and sent another order on the Friday. Wouldn't cancel or refund saying that needed 48 hours notice but very confusing to me how that wasn't given. To be fair they responded quickly to this review and resolved the problem.

Food never arrived. Rang for an update, waited an hour and then phone went offline early. 3 hours since I ordered and now no response.

Edit 2nd October: We attended a complimentary pasta class which was very enjoyable and informative. Although we had a bad experience with the new hot takeaways hopefully it was a one of and the kitchen staff just needed better training. -- Extremely disappointing. Had the cook at home pasta last year which was good, but just had their new hot takeaway delivery and it was so disappointing. First what we ordered didn't look anything like the pictures, some of the dishes were so flavourless, and the worst thing was the way it had been prepared. Burrata alla pizzaiola - this was the only dish that had a decent flavour and a sauce that wasn't unseasoned water, but it was ice cold which made it unpleasant. Datterini tomato, mascarpone - There was no cheese. About 2 or 3 cherry tomato halves in total. No flavour, extremely water. Had to add a lot of salt and oil to make it edible, didn't look anything like the picture on the website. The pasta was really soft and didn't taste fresh. Porcini mushroom ravioli - Again no cheese as in the picture advertised, soggy soft flavourless mushrooms, again extremely watery, the flavour in the ravioli was better but it didn't make up for the watery sauce. This is supposed to be a rich, creamy sauce. This was more like a thin broth. Pistachio cake - Costs £5.50 but tasted really cheap. Very light and airy, mostly tastes of whipped cream and sponge with virtually no pistachio flavour. Also I was only using this due to a letter offering £10 with the first takeaway order however the voucher didn't work so I had to make a new account. I assume this is because I'd ordered from their pasta plan before - however it should of worked because I haven't ordered from this new hot takeaway service before. Of course there is no where to actually read the terms and conditions of this offer.

I ordered hot food delivery at 22:52, order was confirmed and accepted at 22.:53. it's now 03:06 on 8th, still says order accepted, food being prepared! Why accept the order if no chance of delivery!! Money wasted, ordered from elsewhere. Be very careful, no opening times visible on website.

I had a very disappointed experience with this restaurant last night, my partner and I order 2 dishes to be delivered, when we received our dinner we received the wrong order instead of a wild mushroom lasagne we got a macaroni cheese pasta the pasta looks burns and not fresh at all, how hard is to distinguish between a lasagna and a macaroni pasta for a place like this I expect not such mistake, the dish my partner ordered also was dry, cold and it looks like from 3 days ego, for your prices and reputation that this restaurant is trying to build it was very poor how the restaurant management responded to our experience, they said they couldn’t do anything at the time to redeem themselves, even though pictures of the wrong product with the receipt of the order where send to them on the app. I will recommend to stay away from this place, cook your lovely pasta at home you probably make a better job.
