My initial order wasn’t what I ordered when delivered , after emailing , I was emailed straight back , and correct order was sent out straight away without charge . Although Order wasnt correct , the customer service was excellent , and extremely helpful to rectify my issue .

Exceptional delivery service, 3 out of 4 items I ordered were absolutely perfect, however, don’t be tempted to buy the leopard print card wallet, cheap looking and disappointing..

Ordered a wall sign, it turned up marked, as it was then out of stock I had no choice other than to keep the marked item as my handyman was arranged to hang that and some other items, if I had waited for it to come back into stock I would have had to pay twice for the handyman. I informed Rockett St George and sent photos, all they cared about was if I was returning or keeping the item, despite providing photos no solution was offered. In addition to my own order they had sent me somebody else’s package, I informed them immediately that they had sent somebody’s £80 order to me in error. I was rather forcefully instructed several times to ensure it was packed as it had arrived and they would arrange for it to be collected. My husband had to rearrange several meetings in London to stay home and wait for pick up. When I advised Megan of this she was not in the least bit interested at the inconvenience it had cost me, and again was again rather assertive in demanding on how to repackage their errors. I even had to email them to tell them it had been collected as there was no follow up from their side. A bit of a shame, I do not expect a big well done but not even an offer of free delivery on my next order after receiving a damaged item and somebodys else’s order that caused us quite a bit of inconvenience. Just leaves a feeling of very poor customer relations, I have ordered many items in the past so this was a bit sad.

Order was promptly dispatched and delivered, communication was very good and the product was well protected for transit.

Perfect service as always, arrived bang on time, beautiful lamp even received 20% off. Well packed and kept informed every step of the way.

Pretty but completely impractical! So small only one pouch can fit, feel misled by the photos. Nearly £20 once delivery added and not worth returning for another delivery charge. Also very disappointed in how difficult it is to leave feedback on the R St G website. Gave it as an expensive “joke” present.

I emailed customer service and received a quick reply to advise my item out of stock. I received a refund. Great Communication and my black cherry ornament is gorgeous!
