Such fabulous products and an easy website to order from and pay. A little disappointed with the delivery service. I was ordering a gift and had no idea if it would arrive in time

Delivery driver sent my package to an unknown location, didn’t leave a card. Photo on email didn’t explain at all where it was. No help from customer services other than to “go look for it “

Every time I’ve ordered from Rockett St George, I’ve had the best experience. A few months ago, I ordered a beautiful mirror which came cracked. The help team were super responsive and quick to solve any issues. As I’ve recently moved, I wanted to get some nice new lampshades and RSG shipped out my next order so quickly, I received my second order the next day without selecting next day delivery. Literally less than 24hrs after ordering! The items are beautiful and of high quality, I love shopping here!

Disappointed - item was very poorly packed, more bundled up than packaged flat as you'd think it would be, given that both items were. As a result, one item was bent out of shape along it's edges on both ends. You can't tell from the pics on the website whether it's meant to be flat or curved but because the material it's made out of is so thin, you can bend it either way yourself. Another reason why, you'd think it would have been packed flat, along with the flat & heavier item that was also ordered. This is the 2nd consecutive order I've placed with RSG where it comes across as if there is no quality assurance or checking of the items before they're despatched. Given the prices they charge, I expect better.

This lamp is perfect for a small space and so light to handle. It caught my eye online and from order to delivery was spot on.

Delivery was swift. The lamp looks amazing and goes so well with my art deco drinks cabinet. Sheds a lovely, soft light and looks just as I imagined. It’s very vintage looking and unique. Would buy from this company again and highly recommend them.
