Received a well priced quote for removal of 2 large old steel fridges which was advised the morning after I sent the request. The staff doing the removal called advising what time they were turning up and did the job competently and without fuss. Also everyone from the office and removals were very pleasant. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

The staff at 1300 Rubbish were all very friendly and helpful. I underestimated the cubic meters of rubbish I had, so the collector called me to give me a quote. I wasn’t at the property at the time, so I appreciated them checking with me before proceeding. The collector was helpful and courteous. He checked in with me to make sure I was happy. The service is more expensive than a skip bin, but convenient.

The guys were great, nothing was too much trouble, rang me prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way to my home. Any mess they made, cleaned up themselves, have rebooked for another job. Thank you for taking some of the stress out a huge job !

We used 1300Rubbish to remove around 6 cubic metres of old furniture and household junk. The quoting process was easy to understand and transparent and the booking process was straightforward. The team arrived on time and called in advance to say they were on their way. The rubbish had to be removed from a 4th floor balcony via apartment lifts and a secure carpark, but the work was completed in less than an hour. Amazing service, and would recommend to anyone.
