Not only was the customer service enquiry informative, the customer service to book was simple, easy & very efficient. They informed me of the procedure plan & the outcome was an exact mirror image. The truck drivers who collected my 90 year old mum’s rubbish did what was promised plus the added friendly, empathetic service was very much appreciated.
