The only remark I have is that these boots were delivered about 2 weeks later than what was stated on the website. It would be better to indicate from the beginning that the delivery time would take longer than 1 week.

The kite I ordered was not available but the customer service was highly motivated to fix the issue. We found an alternative and they send it via express so it arrived on time for my holiday
