Update: Fixed my return policy statement for package inspection rule. The import tax was 15% on top of the initially paid price, and package inspection must be performed within 24hrs or the may not take it back if the gear is damaged. Other than that, email communication and document processing was good; could have been friendlier but this is just business I guess. Really hope my kite doesn’t need return because I don’t think I will get back by the 24 hr inspection window so if they shipped a damaged kite and I need to return it I’ll be screwed plus they charge all international shipping costs to those who return from abroad. NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM EUROPE TO US! Appendix package inspection rule: If the packages appeared damaged or tampered with, we ask you to reject the shipment and report the problem to our customer service within 24h. After receiving the shipment we ask you to inspect the goods to verify their integrity and to immediately report any damage or visible defects. We will accept only reports for damaged or defective goods that will arrive within and not later than 24 hours after the delivery date. Note In the event that these indications are not respected, we do not guarantee any coverage from possible damages or visible defects.
