What an absolutely fabulous company, the customer service has been second to none. I received a lovely bangle for Christmas but sadly the colour didn’t match my other bracelets so I requested a return/exchange. Even though the bangle was made to order in a specific colour and with a small clover, Rosie agreed to an exchange and went above and beyond to ensure the process of returning ran smoothly. I now have a gorgeous necklace and another bangle on their way to me. Rosie even offered engraving on the bangle at no additional charge in this instance. So so impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. I must add too that the bangle was of high quality and I would have definitely kept it if it had matched my others.

A complete scam, do not use this company !!!! I ordered a men’s Ralph Lauren top and received after a delayed period, an inferior item nothing like I ordered, of cheap quality and the wrong size. When I have tried to get a refund and arrange a return of the item they have stopped any correspondence….. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL… ITS A CON !!!!!!

Rosie was a joy and such a help from the start. Really communicative, gave great advice for a Valentines Day gift and made loads of adjustments for me in the face of being an indecisive nightmare customer! But was really awesome. I found a bracelet that my husband and I thought Toby might like, and got it engraved. I signed up to the news letter so I got a 10%discount. The delivery was very quick, and the box it came in is lovely, and the bracelet is lovely aswell!! So fingers crossed he'll like it!!
