It was quick and easy! I was able to register for my insurance and got everything through in under 5 minutes. Just waiting on the paperwork. =)

Great Experience.

Start Date of my insurance. When i started my insurance policy, i noticed that i set the date for the date of my event and could not go back an change the date. I called in and spoke with the nicest person (wish) i remembered her name. She took my info and my listened to my concern. She said she would call me back and she did with a solution and everything worked out!!

This has been an extremely unacceptable experience. Your website seemed informative and easy to use until I entered my payment information and received an error message. When I called, I was advised by your staff to complete the transaction again and was told I would only be charged once. I did as suggested and now have duplicate charges on my account which I have been told cannot be reversed in a timely manner and has caused harm to my business as we had budgeted those funds for a non-profit event that will suffer loss due to this error. This unfortunate circumstance has overshadowed any positive review I could have given and although, the coverage is convenient, the service and experience has not proven to be worth that convenience.
