Right what i need it!

I chatted online with a customer service rep, I believe her name was Jenny and she was able to get my insurance certificate promptly and answered my questions.

Good marketing strategy, Good Service, Good friendliness of the telephone representative, but I am not pleased with the total cost of insurance, since in the advertising they announce a monthly cost, which for 6 months gives a total amount that was the one They charged me... Thks Dj UNDA

I was under the impression that the payments were monthly rather than every six months, but otherwise it was easy to set up.

I purchased the policy which was only $99 so that's a plus however if you cancel they want you to wait 3 months to only get half of what you paid. Im cool with the half but to wait 3 months when ive already paid... Unacceptable.

User friendly! I really like the way the process is laid out. Easier more user friendly than some others. Pricing seems fair.

Quick, easy, and legit! Just what I needed, when time was not on my side. The prices are amazing by the way.

Easy to sign up, easy to get certificates, so far so good.

The customer service was fine. It was the misleading marketing that ticked me off. It says monthly payments on the website, but you end up paying full price upon checkout. I first thought that it was just showing the total id be paying in the next six month via monthly payments, but my statement showed otherwise. I have no problem paying the premium in full because it is low enough, but the fact that they had to trick consumers like that is not necessary. I would rather pay more on a business that is upfront with their customers. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, not the opposite.

I got my information through the mail everything seems to be in order.

Any DJ that need affordable insurance should go with this company

quick and easy...no hassle had insurance in less than 10 mins...would advise anybody that's need coverage to use them!!!

I've had a really great experience with them so far for my DJ Insurance. Really easy to add a certificate of liability and their customer service helped walk me through any issues I had. The only reason for not having 5 stars is they don't have the auto portion as a part of the insurance coverage. They still seem to be relatively new to DJ Insurance offerings, so hopefully that will change when it comes time to renew.
