Really good communication from start to finish. Competitive prices and a good range of RE activities on offer. They dealt well with a difficult situation we encountered whilst on our trip. Would recommend.

The staff are really friendly and efficient and can cope with staff member being too ill to travel two days before departure. Can't recommend highly enough.

WST outstanding as ever. Chariot coaches who they outsource the coach journeys to I would not recommend. Suggest WST end affiliation with them.

Excellent. The hotel was conveniently located and we were able to walk to our points of interest from there. It was also very helpful to have a list of convenient restaurants which offered value for money. The itinerary was also very good and it offered a nice balance between structured and unstructured time for our students.

Really well organised and great communication throughout - we had a great trip to Geneva and CERN.

WST organised for us an excellent science-themed trip to Florida, incorporating the Kennedy Space Center and Disney Education sessions. The trip went smoothly, with well-organised travel and meal arrangements. I recommend them.

Fantastic experience for the pupils! We went to London for a dance and theatre trip. We had a wide variety of options for both the theatre and dance workshops to suite our cohort. The organisation was seamless and our coordinator Kerrie was very helpful, understanding and a pleasure to work with.

We really enjoyed our school trip to Lanzarote focusing on Earth Sciences. WST were meticulous in their planning with us, leaving no stone unturned. They offered flexibility in itinerary planning and coordinated local service providers, enabling us to enjoy each stage of our trip. A highly professional outfit. One negative - overall cost. A hike of over 25% on the same trip 12 months earlier was hard to justify. We went ahead because of pupil demand but it is hard for me to argue that it is value for money based on the price of the 2018 package. However, I definitely recommend WST as a school trip operator.

Recently done two trips with WST Travel to Strasbourg and Munich. Excellent support, excellent help with planning and ideas, and the trips were superb. Would gladly recommend them to others.

I have always found WST to be really helpful and very competitive price-wise. The help desk was extremely good last year when flights were cancelled. I look forward to bookimg with them again.

When our flight was cancelled from Geneva WST were fantastic at sorting out two extra nights accomodation and flights home. We could not have asked for better service and advice. Absolutely invaluable knowing that you've got help and expertise when faced with adversity.

Everything was dealt with professionally. We had a few last minute issues which was not WST's fault but they dealt with it all. Would recommend.
