We've had very successful trips through WST Travel in the past but our two trips this year have had several organisational issues that have hindered our experience.

Over the past 9 years I have worked closely with one person, Jenny, who simply cannot do enough to help and always goes above and beyond. Getting to know someone so closely and have them get to know us and our needs and preferences has been an utter blessing, ensuring our kids get the best experience at the best price.
