Water filter came used! Complete with water! The box was wet and floppy, water was coming out of the filter and had white calcium build up on the edge! I ordered several. I didn’t trust the others once I saw the used one. Currently in the middle of feuding over a refund. Good customer service would send order again or give refund. I was told to send them back for a refund “unopened, not damaged, and unused!” It was sent to me that way! I sent video and photos to them as proof. Who knows if I’ll get my money back. And hopefully they don't reuse the filters if I send them back in order to get refund.

Mine come in,,was expecting great quality,,was shocked first thing I saw was ""made in china"" it appears to be the same cheap filter sold in ebay under a different name but for sure they are both made in china and look identical except for wrapper

Excellent filter, great price, fast delivery, and easy to install. We reorder this water filter every 6 months (or so) and have never had an issue.

We ordered three filters all of which did not work properly. I contacted Clatterans with a request that they honor the one year warranty and heard back from them in two-three days. I received the replacements quickly and the one we are using works fine. I am tough on businesses that misrepresent their products and waste my time (refer to my Anniecloth review) but due to Clatterans speedy and effective response, I will order from them again.

Sent me the wrong filters I have sent 3 emails to correct the problem but I have never received a response. They screwed up and now they won't stand behind their mistake. Never, never do business with this company Order #10565364

Do not order from this company. First of all it doesn't say on the website that it's a foreign company. I received a notice from my credit card company after ordering that foreign money was involved. I am usually so careful but blew it big this time. I did a search today and found this site and it's worse than I thought. Definitely a fly by night business with awful product and no customer service. Now I have to wait till charges are posted and then I will dispute.

I ordered filters for my refrigerator from Clatterans about two months ago and they sent me the wrong filters. I copied the model number off the old filter when I submitted the order but they insisted I ordered the wrong filter and refused to provide return shipping. I returned the filters several weeks ago and I paid for the return shipping. They keep sending me emails requesting more ridiculous information regarding the model of my refrigerator etc. They have the filters and I am simply requesting a refund. As of this writing they have not refunded my money and keep trying to sell me more filters. Apparently this is a Chinese based outfit because their emails are unintelligible. This is a fly by night operation that should be avoided at all costs. I went on EBAY and bought the filters for half the price they were charging.

I got my filters and they sent me the wrong ones.im trying to get in touch with them and now there's no phone number to talk to someone live i tried email and am not getting a response either.im out $60 dollars and the old filter i got from home depot has been discontinued.

Came in on time an ,perfect fit,saved 100 dollars all together, will be using them for now on.

I am not sure what the only other 2 reviewers are even reviewing, but I doubt it is Clatterans. I went to Lowes and my replacement filter was $59. I think this is obscene for something that likely cost $10 to manufacture. The man at Lowes said he buy's Clatterans for his fridge at 1/3 of the cost at Lowes for Pur. I took a shot, contacted Clatterans and made sure I had the right model for my Fridge. Great, responsive customer service. I ordered a 3-Pack and it was almost exactly 1/3 of the cost. They arrived 2 days later Fedex from PA. I replaced the filter and it fit perfectly. I did 3 24oz glasses of water through the system to charge the new filter. I tested the Water before replacing the old Pur, which was expired and showing Red, and my Digital Tester showed 157. After replacement it tested at 46. Enough said. Clatterans filter is rated for 300 Gallons. I use for Ice mainly not water. I will only use Clatterans from now on.

I purchased a package of three MWF water filters for my GE refrigerator. When I receive them they look like they were dug out of the trash. I've never seen anything so hideous! One of the filters had been taken out of the plastic wrap and the box was completely demolished. After all that the filters wouldn't even fit my refrigerator. These filters are cheap knock off brands made in China. I would not recommend buying from this company. I tried to contact them to get a refund and there are no phone numbers available. They do not respond to my emails. I had to file a dispute through the charge card company to get my refund. Do not waste your time with this company. I reordered my water filters from a different company. My filters came perfectly packaged and are made in USA and didn't cost me anymore money then I paid for the junk from Clatterans.

I have not received the filter yet but I dug around and the Clatterans is trademarked by Asscon out of Hong Kong. Pretty misleading to me as they sure worked hard to have a USA look.
