Indication of hiding from responsibilities. They do not respond to emails! Clothes are fake - checked with CP Company All positive reviews are only sales (no positive refund reviews). Very suspiscious!

Unresponsive and non existent customer service.

I’ll be very honest.. It’s a reliable site despite me being very skeptical. I wanted next day delivery, got next day delivery. Item came as expected in relatively nick condition. (Aka packaged nicely with a cool thank you card) 10/10 However I’d like to give a little feedback on the way you handle customer service as I’m sure some of you reading this will probably have a few questions before ordering. I’d like to point out that the reply times are a little slow, and sometimes to a point I receive no response. Maybe try focusing more on customer’s questions and you will have loads more happy customers. Besides that, I am indeed satisfied and will buy again

When returning a product to this company is an absolute nightmare,for a start the phone number on there website is a mobile number which is an unrecognised number,sent 6 emails with no reply and also when returning it goes to a PO Box number plus online chat no one answers… Glad I used clear pay as they are now looking into it…

Goods never recieved, not one e-mail responded to, had to put the matter in the hands of Visa to protect my £300! Stay well clear, joke of a company.

I payed for next day delivery on the 18th of October and they still haven’t arrived, it is now the 26th of October. I have emailed, Whattsapped, Phone called and online live chatted them, still no reply or delivery!

Still no response from this company regarding my refund. Will be pursuing legal action and have raised this with my bank. Do not shop here.
