This seller has excellent communication. They checked up with me when my order hadn’t completed to see if I was still interested, in which I was and continued with purchase. They then kept me updated and informed with my order which I received within 48hours from purchasing. Incredibly happy customer right here! Thanks Ayzed! I initially made an order with Ayzed through the Lyst app on 11/10/22. The order was processed quickly and sent out almost immediately. Since I’m in the US and the company is based in UK the order took about a week to reach me and by 11/18/22 I had gotten the package. The box wasn’t in the best shape but what can be expected from international transit? Either way the item inside was perfectly protected and sealed. I tried the item on but it didn’t fit correctly and I noticed a small inconsistency then was shown on the photos from the listing. I debated returning the item and made sure to read the return policy and was a bit worried when it said they didn’t accept international returns. I waited 10 days and contacted Ayzed through WhatsApp to their customer service line. I was answered the next day and was asked to explain my situation. (I recommend everyone read the return policy fully before asking for anything since there is a 2 week period after which no returns can be accepted. Also they specify no smells can be on the garment and it must be free from stains and or tears and must retain the red security tag they attach prior to shipping. I made sure all of these were in order before even considering asking for a refund.) Once I made sure these things were all checked off I read that international orders could only be refunded if there was a problem with my order in that I did not receive the item I had ordered. I explained to them that because of this inconsistency, the item that I had received, did not match the item whose photos were placed on the listing. The item I had received had a slightly different logo than the item they had shown a blown up image of on the listing. Because of this, I based my argument that my item was not what I had ordered initially. I assured them that the item was free of smells as well as tears, and still retained the red security tag. Once I sent them a couple of photos to clarify the situation, and compare the photos of my item to the photos on their listing they told me that even though they normally didn’t do international returns that they would make an exception for me this time. I was told that any shipping costs as well as customs, costs and taxes would be on me to pay so this is a reminder to everyone who ships either internationally or domestically that shipping will be on you if you choose to return. I went to the post office and sent the package off using the address they sent me. At first everything seemed to go smoothly. However, the package disappeared after December 13 (12/13/22) The last update the tracking gave was that the item “ had departed a transfer airport in Heathrow” and was “ in transit to its final destination” At first it didn’t seem like that much of an issue and I even did research on it and found that many packages take a while to get through international customs especially if they choose to hold it. After a while, I had begun to worry and even sent Ayzed another message on the chat to ask if they had received the package and maybe tracking just did not update. They told me they still had not received my package and to keep them updated so I made sure to keep checking the tracking. Eventually I told myself that if I kept checking, I would just get more worried so I stopped checking for about 2 weeks and on 01/12/23 I checked once more expecting to see the same update however, this time it showed that the package had been delivered. I was super relieved and contacted Ayzed immediately to let them know that I checked the tracking and that the package showed delivered as of six days ago. They told me they had just yesterday picked up packages from their PO Box and they would be reviewing the contents that day same day. They got back to me a couple of hours later and told me that they had checked all of the packages and had received my item and they had issued a refund to my card. They then told me this is one of the reasons why they choose not to accept international returns because of the customs errors and problems. I completely understand that this is an issue and before I had asked for the return, I did not think that customs would give it such a hard time re-entering the country, considering it got to me within a week I assumed the package would be able to return to its destination in the same amount of time however, it took about a month. I originally sent out the package on 6 December and it was delivered on 6 January so it took exactly a month. Throughout the entire process Ayzed was very professional, and very helpful! I believe I have a part to play as well as I made sure I was well-versed on the policies of their company, and frequently mentioned what the policy stated in order to reiterate that I was within the restrictions. I’m very grateful that they made this exception for me and that they were so excepting of this inconvenience. I recommend them!

Ich habe für über 200,01 € Pulli gekauft. Abgebucht wurde der Poly Inklusiv der Shipping Gebühr. Der Postbote wollte dann noch 18 € für Zoll und Auslagen haben. Habe diese zähneknirschend bezahlt, nachdem ich E-Mail-Kontakt hatte und es irgendwo in den AGBs steht, dass diese anfallen können. Hatte leider das klein Gedruckte nicht gelesen und mich auf die Rechnungssumme verlassen.

Have to say you guys made my day. Ordered 2 Moncler beanies one for me and one for my husband as I am going on holiday to Norway in a couple days. I was scared that I may not recived them in time. Literally placed the order got tracking number within an hour since I placed the order and recived the item next morning. Top class service and I will definitely be purchasing more of my designer clothing from you guys. Great prices also 100% authentic items with scannable QR codes and etc on the Moncler items.

Recently bought from Ayzedclothing a couple of Moncler items below retail. I saw a few bad reviews but gave the site the benefit of doubt. I placed my order at 3pm and received my order the next day. All goods were verified on code.moncler and returned back as genuine. 100% authentic seller would recommend to my friends. Thanks for the savings!

Stay clear of this company, I placed an order for Burberry shorts and when they arrived they were fake, I paid to have them checked and verified as fake, they would not accept back so luckily I had paid with my credit card and was managed to be refunded, as you can see from the reply below they clearly make up stories to suit them, the shorts were not in used state they were in a counterfeit state as other reviews on here confirm it’s not the first time they have sold fake items AVOID!!!!
