Great service. A small issue that was resolved with one e mail and replacement sent.

1 item missing but resolved immediately. Could do with some more dims on website. Word search was not brilliant but found part numbers on another website to find what I needed. Good range of parts and good availability.

This may seem harsh, but the IT is awful, I did not get a receipt for my purchase, except from PayPal, only after a week of not having any correspondence, and not having received my purchase did I get a receipt. I was also told on the phone that my purchase was with the courier, and they would chase it up. But nobody bothered. The next day I went online armed with my order number, and was told it was out of stock, waiting on new stock coming in. Some honesty at last, I told I should receive my purchase tomorrow 29 May 2018. This is the second order I had to wait over a week for with no information provided about the delay unless I contact them. I was wondering if they were trustworthy, they seem to be, but need to sort out the stock control and order system. They also should should also create links between items that should be sold together, to make sure you get everything you need in one go. I ordered a 4 burner drip tray, and only when it arrived did I realise I needed to order the fat catcher separately. They charged me £10 postage for the tray and another £4 postage for the fat collector, and I have had to wait over a month to get what I need. Hence the poor rating. I'm not a happy bunny. I Should have gone elsewhere.

Ordered a spare part for my BBQ, over a period of 3 weeks the delivered the same item 3 times,’each time it was damaged beyond use. They attempted to tell me that the problem was not of their making although they had packed it and sent it by their courier. Customer service rep was rude and arrogant. They unilaterally cancelled the order and MD did not answer my mail. If you can spend your money elsewhere.
