Taking time to receive it but its worth it. Good customer service and items same as in picture!

We had a birthday party coming up in a couple of weeks and were wondering how to get a Lehenga in Switzerland. We found this website and we were assured over WhatsApp support before ordering that it would arrive in time for the event and it did in fact a couple of days before the promised date via DHL! The quality control before stitching even recognized that we had given the wrong measurements and we were able to correct it over WhatsApp messages. We ordered two Lehengas in different sizes for our daughters and it arrived perfectly stitched and the quality and colours were good and as advertised. Never before had such a perfect fit even when getting measurements done in person! Do not be put off by website issues. Even though we entered different measurements for the two Lehengas, only one got submitted and we realized it later in the order confirmation. However, we were able to correct it through the WhatsApp support. I highly recommend Sarees Bazaar for their quality of support and commitment.

I had an excellent experience with Sarees Bazaar. I had an event and needed an outfit urgently- they managed the stitching and delivery in time and I looked great for my event. The customer service on whatsapp where I placed my special request was excellent too! All in all 10/10

I had a worst experience. I ordered a Saree from there Diwali offer and it had a damage in the head peace . When I asked for a replacement they refused saying the damage caused by us when opening the package. This Saree cannot be used at all as the damage is very prominent. Total waste of money

Excellent product and service!!! I found Saree Bazaar through online reviews and have to say I was very impressed! The blouse was very well stitched and unlike my experience with other websites, their saree looked exactly like the one in the picture, and their communication through WhatsApp was excellent!!! The order arrived very quickly and before time.

I need to say the salwars are beautiful just like the pictures and the stitching& quality of the material is absolutely superb. I’m a plus size and I gave them the wrong measurements. They called to recheck. They could have simply went with my incorrect measurements but they didn’t, it shows much they value their customers satisfaction and the fit was just so good. No further customization needed . I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ll be definitely buying more from u guys..ur prices are just so reasonable.. Thanks a lot!!

This was my second time ordering from Sarees Bazaar, and I definitely must say their customer service is great with the WhatsApp messaging service always there to answer any queries. I ordered 2 outfits for my second order and they were delivered on time, the lenghas were exactly as shown on their website much more beautiful in real life! Fits perfectly! The cancan in the skirt makes the lengha look and fit perfectly! And the stitching is perfect the extra details add that special touch! Will definitely be ordering again in the future! I’ve been shopping here for 3 years. The customer service is great anytime I’ve needed something specific done to the fit they’ve always been super helpful. The photos and finished product are legit- what you see is what you get and if they add extra fabric cause you’re a bigger gal it’s not frumpy looking at all. Their prices are super reasonable especially given that all my outfits/ kurtas/ cholis etc have been made to measure from SCRATCH. Where I live it’s A) hard to find an Indian tailor that knows what to do with curvy women’s clothes and B) hard to find reasonably priced Indian clothes ranging from bahu to full Bollywood glamor. I’m a DDD and I’ve been anywhere between 130-170 pounds and they’ve always produced flattering outfits for my body shape. I can’t even find western clothes that fit my boobs let alone have something made a trillion miles away that fits. Again the customer service is so kind and patient they’ve always been quick to answer my questions. Word to the wise: keep an eye on their sales and don’t let them convince you that the sales are here today gone the next, they might try it to get you to buy pricier items on the spot but keep an eye on the sale DATES. Like all businesses some of the associates are a little slimy. But overall 9/10 wouldn’t change a thing, people compliment my outfits wherever I go!
