First time ordering online so I was pretty nervous about the outcome. I ordered 3 sarees. Good communication on WhatsApp which helped me rectify my order that I had placed incorrectly to start with. The only thing is it took 5 weeks to receive my sarees when I was told it would be 15 working days. Other than that, fabulous service and good quality products. Great communication and support from the team which gives you peace of mind. I will definitely be using this website again.

I like the variety of sarees the website offers and contacted them via whatsapp for questions I had before buying. They were very prompt and helpful which speeded up the process. Am reaaally happy about this website and its service! Starting out I had some doubts but really, excellent communication and experience. The guys were readily available on WhatsApp for the quickest doubt exchange. The packaging and stitching was superb. The material was great quality itself and they were super quick and professional!! I think we will definitely be ordering more from them. Hopefully future transactions should go super smooth too in a likewise manner. Would recommend to all people living abroad too. The prices are not too bad and they also assist in terms of custom duties etc. 5 stars

I can't fault this company, they were fantastic! I ordered a dress for a wedding I had been invited to and having never done this before, I found it to be a minefield of choices! In the end, I chose a ready made kurti from Sarees Bazaar. As I only ordered it 10 days prior and knew I had left it late, I wondered if it would arrive on time but they excelled themselves - it actually arrived 4 days early! I was chuffed and the dress was beautiful. Exactly as pictured and fitted perfectly. Other friends attending the wedding had been totally let down by other sites they had ordered from, so well done Sarees Bazaar! Great service.

I received the worst service from saree bazaar! I ordered custom outfits that all came in different sizes and didn't fit at all. They were not even close to the measurements I gave them. When I told them about the problem they just kept denying it and sending generic responses. So now I have 3 salwar kameez outfits that I can not wear. I would not buy from here ever again!

I used this company to order over 15 sarees for a mendhi event. The prices were so low, the overall amount came to being much cheaper than if we had bought it from a store in the UK. Also, as we had exceeded a certain total price (I can’t recall what), we were eligible for free shipping. Our main concern was the amount of time it would take to ship from India to the UK because it needed to be in time for the mendhi event. The package arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and I was kept up to date with tracking details which were emailed to me. The last concern I had was the quality of the sarees because of its low price. However upon arrival, the saris were fantastic and rich in colour; the material was silky and comfortable and it draped beautifully. I will 100% be using this company to bulk buy sarees for our next family wedding!

I ordered from here for the 1st time and a large bulk aswell. I was worried as i didnt trust the site. However customer service was excellent amd reassured me my items will be delivered.
