Main criticism was in two areas: - confusion on how critical was that the TV had eARC when it transpires simple ARC is adequate. This was not made at all clear. - wiring process for adding a SKY box. I was unable to get any sort clear answer.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Had to get in touch with seven oaks hifi about to failed deliveries by the courier. They were really helpful on the phone and got in touch with courier and called me back promptly with redelivery to a parcel point. Would definitely recommend seller.

He gave me three hours of his time and there was no certainty he would make a sale at the end. A man with a genuine love for music, like me. After speaking with other retailers I went back to Sevenoaks and with Chris's suggestions and I am very happy with my new hi-fi.

The staff member quickly identified the model of Sennheiser wireless headphones that I was interested in and quoted a very good price. The item was not in stock but I was told it would be delivered to the shop very soon, which turned out to happen just 2 days later.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025We had been looking to upgrade our hifi system and while on a short break away popped into your Norwich store. Emmanuel prepared the listening room after explaining the type of sound we were looking for and im not very good at explaining "sound" but he got what we were after. After trying/demoing a few speakers and amps we ordered a pair of PSB speakers and a NAD c399 amp. Still early days on run-in but we are both very happy with our purchase and the sound and in the next few weeks the sound should really break-in - Can't wait. Thank you for such a great experience.

Sevenoaks not ‘local’ to visit but they had the TVs and 15% off ‘Jan event’ meant they were also the cheapest. Called for any further price movement but politely ‘No’. Ordered Thursday, all delivered Monday with courier updated and delivery window (2 hours).
