Purchased an incorrectly sized cover for my trailer tent. Highbridge caravans were very quick to accept the item back check it, source the correct size replacement, and return it to me in just days. The problem was caused by the manufacturer, incorrectly labelling my purchase. Highbridge communication throughout was fantastic I felt well taken care of and valued as a customer. A loyal customer has been created.

Web purchase - having failed to purchase the new Isabella table at the recent NEC caravan show from Isabella themselves, as all their stock had been distributed to dealers and they couldn’t supply until at least the end of June, I found Highbridge Caravans through an internet search of Isabella suppliers, found they had the required item in stock, and placed an order.
