I ordered two Isabella camping chairs on Sunday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday! Wow that's great service! They were excellently packed and we have tried them already on a camping weekend, they are very light, comfy, and pack very flat. I would recommend them and Highbridge Caravans for their excellent service.

Contacted direct to see if they stocked a product not showing on their system. Product was found and uploaded. We purchased 2 other products on the Sunday and all 3 where delivered on Tuesday. Very fast and efficient service.

Great company with really good prices. The only criticism would be the telephone system, it would be nice if you have a problem that it could be answered straight away rather that having to wait for a call back. Would recommend.

best price and fast delivery

Let down by poor delivery from UPS. Item wasn't delivered so I am unable to comment on the quality of the goods. Prompt refund from Highbridge Caravans for the item but no refund of £4.99 delivery charge. Despite paying £4.99 for home delivery, UPS didn't even attempt delivery they just took it to a drop-off point in the town and instructed me to collect it. We stayed in all day, our dog is very sensitive to noises, we live in a small cul-de-sac, never heard or saw any sign of the delivery driver. No card was put through the door. Nothing left in our designated safe place (as clearly instructed). They claim delivery was attempted and took the item to a drop of point. Just lazy. Never had any problems with any other delivery companies. I left feedback for UPS on trustpilot and all the comments seemed to be from people with the same issue. Unfortunately I was unable to collect the item and it was returned.

Great quick service. Not tried the tent yet but it was a good price compared to other sites.
