unhappy they released my payment, without my authorization, in short i have been forced to pay for something i can not use, or want

Chose a particular designer's Logo and Business card offer. However a designcrowd 'software' glitch posted it to the designer as a 'Wix design project'! The designer justifiably rejected it, but I received no communication (email or otherwise) and no feedback from within the portal since they took my money. This left me having to call in and discuss with customer service. The lady offered to help but I am left with little to no confidence in Designcrowd software and systems!!

Used DesignCrowd for a logo and found the service OK first time around, but when I went back for a Shopify design, the results were woeful. I received 2 designs from a promised 15. I've now tried for > 1 month to get a refund and despite them promising me a refund, saying it's been processed and giving me 'payment gateway numbers', nothing's been received. I'm now having to go through my bank just to get my refund. Bad service, unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid like the plague.

As promised I had over 70 submissions for my project of a new logo for my photography website. Worked out well and got a fantastic result with the designer I went with.

My first time here and I must say I am most satisfied. Thank you Design Crowd and your amazing community of designers for making the process easy. As one who is not too savvy when it comes to design, the quality and quantity of submissions for my project, was incredible. Extremely pleased. Thanks for making this easy.

I am just setting my own little business up in dog grooming and wanted a great logo with high quality business cards and I received over 72 designs all different it made the choice hard for me but their designs where fantastic and all for just £99 I thought was brilliant and affordable. Still working with the designer I chose now for more stationary.

I was amazed how well this works. Lots of great designs, and lots of great designers. My Thanks to all who worked on my project!! One day you think you have the winning design and the very next day another designer will submit something totally amazing! My next project will begin here with Design Crowd, I am very happy with my new design.
