Tamarra Dupuis was my contact person and she was fantastic. She helped locate every item I needed, including some special order items.She even went as far as to provide me with the specifications (length, weight and COA) of certain items so I could make a sound decision on which item work work best for us. I am very impressed with her knowledge and her fast and friendly customer service.

Canada | 13 February 2020Really good experience. I was looking for for a 3 x 2 foot pallet to use in my locker as a base for storing boxes. I looked everywhere (HD, Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, a pallet store) - absolutely NO luck. Then I found Tenaquip online and ordered three 12 x 24 x 1.5 inch plastic pallets. I was given a tracking number and they arrived within 48 hours (!) and when I put them together they fit perfectly in the locker. Good job folks!

I placed an order for masks and glasses and the order was confirmed by the company through email, but after 10days of waiting, on Feb.5 I was told my order was cancelled when I checked with them. The story is not over. Without my consent, they generated another order just with glasses and sent the glasses with a shipping cost($8 for $6.6 goods). The below reply from them are so STRONG, UNREASONABLE and ARROGANT. I don't think the reply is for customer even we are small customers. "Once the order is sent out, we can not cancel it. If you refuse the order, then they can bring the glasses back here, but note that the fee for shipping is not refundable. you will only credited for 6.60$ plus tax ." "You may return them however you would like as you are responsible for the return freight, you will not be charged a restocking fee. The items are subject to inspection upon receipt and must be in resellable condition (Please do not write on or tape the original box). A credit will be applied to your account once the above conditions have been met." "The only exception we are willing to make is giving the RM number. if your order number was supplied to s from the start we may have had the chance to cancel it on time. Unfortunately we will not be crediting any shipping fee or nor cover the shipment back."(So arrogant with ’ANY‘ even it is your fault.) When you made CHANGE to the order, you need my consent. Right? I will see whether I need pay the shipping fee for your mistake and I need a sorry too. FORCED ORDER.

Canada | 04 February 2020My order (N95 mask) which was placed two weeks ago was canceled. The price of the items I bought is dramatically increased now and little is available now. I really need these masks so I called the customer service but it was not helpful. I am very upset about TENAQUIP's service with no idea about what I should do at this moment.

Après encore un autre suivi fait, le produit n'a pas était livrer car avec le délai de recevoir le produit le carte de crédit n'était plus autorisé . Encore aucun appel pour être aviser de cela. J'ai reçu le produit un mois après la commande et sans facture...
