Made me wait two months for my order, only to tell me that I have to wait longer. Not exactly prone shipping..

Commander un outil le 1 décembre avec livraison dans les 7 à 10 jours, c’est bien correct pour un cadeau de Noël. Mais en faisant le suivi pour vérifier la raison du retard rendu le 13e jour, j’apprends que c’est maintenant le 7 février 2022 la nouvelle date de livraison. J’ai eu mon remboursement, mais je dois maintenant chercher ailleurs un cadeau livrable à court terme. Je donne 2 car la dame au téléphone était gentille. Je l'ai d'ailleurs informée du contenu de mon avis.

Service de suivi de livraison déficient et en cas d'absence du destinataire obligation de se déplacer pour la cueillette dans un entrepôt de Dicom parfois très distant du lieu de livraison.

First time buying from Tenaquip and some reviews on them were rather unnerving. But I'm thrilled to say it was a positive experience for me. Took 3 days to receive my purchase, items were packed well, and good price. Will buy from them again.

This is to inform you that our order was really messed up. Please refer the order id 14121061-00. We spoke to 4 different customer service representatives in the past month and gave clear directions to handle the shipment of the product. It will be almost 60 days before getting the product. Équipement commandé il y à 6 mois. À toutes les 2 semaines, ont me dit que «l'item devrait arriver dans 2 semaines». Je suis pris au piège. Incapable de savoir si je l'aurai à temps pour la tâche. Trop tard pour une solution alternative...

The counter man was unfamiliar with the stock, told me that they didn't have those fittings in stock anymore. I asked if I could go look in the back of the store to find the fittings that I needed, I found a whole section with all of the fittings that I needed... then it took 10 mins to find the SKU so that he could sell me a Walter 9" cut off disc. This store is not very well run and I would really like to see it improve. This summer, I tried to purchase TWO brand new 372xp chainsaw from the manager- in person- and was given a cold response "I'm too busy to help you". He took down my name and phone number but never got back to me. I had tried to get Husqvarna parts in the past and was given the same treatment. Seeing as NIS (as we jokingly say around town- never in stock) is the Husqvarna dealer in Terrace, I sold all of my Husqvarna chainsaws and purchased TWO new Stihl MS461 so that I would not have to rely on NIS/Tenequip Terrace ever again for anything chainsaw related. Please fix this store. Terrace needs a good hardware store, there is a lot of opportunity here.
