Fast shipping, but costly, could have saved money shipping via USPS. (You used Fed Ex & arrived via USPS…) Bought the camera for my daughter & she states that her moon shots with the 300mm zoom lens are blurry. Using tripod, timer & correct ISO, exposure & aperture settings.

Received the case in perfect condition. Timing was a little longer than I anticipated but hey... delayed gratification! Will serve me well in transporting my amateur radio gear.

Paid 15 extra for delivery, its been a week and package hasn't hit the carrier. I contacted FedEx and they haven't received any package, focuscamera blames FedEx and is trying to con me out of my money. I just filed with the better business bureau and will do a fraud chargeback with my bank tomorrow. This has been a horror story

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but other than that everything was fine.

Camera fine. Charger cord was not correct configuration to plug into the camera, but it didn't matter as I am on my third one off these cameras and have chargers and lots of batteries already. So you partially succeeded. Which in our present trophy generation society you could consider five star service.

I received an item that didn't work. After charging it for more than 8 hours it was very disappointing to learn that I had to send the item back.
