THIS IS A SCAM - THEY USE FEDEX NUMBERS DESTINED FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING A DELIVERY! It appears that focuscamera.co.uk have copied focus camera.com I ordered from these on 8th May. I got conflicting emails and text messages of delivery dates and times. I tracked the parcel from China to the UK and my local depot. The drone did not arrive today at the allotted time and I contacted fed ex direct via the customer chat. I gave them my tracking number, name, and address. They confirmed this parcel was for someone else at a different address. I have been advised to contact the police and my bank to do a chargeback on my credit card. I have also reported to Cyber Security Team and contacted the website host provider which is fasthosts. My friend ordered 2 at the same time as me. When you get the receipt they are different trading names - Olympus, Subtech, and Dawns Details. Do not buy from here at all.Youve been warned

Note for anyone in the UK buying a Drone - the DJI Mini 2 special offer is a scam. The website offering it is Focuscamera.co.uk, these reviews are for the .com website in the USA. The UK website has stolen their branding and copied these reviews. The people behind this scam have done it before, under the name Space City Drones. If you have been caught by this, report it to Action Fraud, and try and get a charge back from your card company.

So im unsure how legitimate this site is, although i ordered the DJI Mini 2 on the 3rd May 2023 as a friend let me know they were on offer. To then find i didnt receive the order completion until the 6th May. I did use a credit card just in case as there are many a mixed review online. My friend then tried to order one once i had received the Fedex Tracking Info but they were out of stock... two days on and they are back in stock so he orders one. Turns out that his order has supposedly made it half way around the earth quicker than my order... mine was supposed to arrive today but is still in Shanghai but his is now due to be delivered tomorrow and has been tracked to Belgium (where timings do stack up against the Fedex flight on FlightRadar24)... i have sent numerous emails with no response. as well as contacting Fedex direct via Facebook for them to take a delve into where my supposed package is. As i have the required chargeback cover on my credit card i have took the chance and ordered another just to prove they are a real compnay or try and get the website shutdown if not. Also, the company have since changed their payment merchant and trading name. Still not sure that when and if any of them arrive thney wont be subject to customs tax and duty though?

My card was charged I didnt received an order confirmation for a drone. And still waiting for order When i try chat with them. I got message they offline and contact with me later. 2 days and nothing

Good experience overall. I ordered a Benchmade knife that was on sale and it showed up on time and legit.. The website had me a little nervous about ordering because Focus Cameras website says “Lifestyle by focus” it also looks pretty shady with 3rd party rating logos and pop ups all over asking if they can help me.
