This review is based on my experience with DP's Project Manager, DENNIS MORGAN. The team at Design Proficient, directed by Dennis Morgan, built the exact site I envisioned and I'm very satisfied with their work. The designs are great. Although there were challenges throughout this process, Dennis Morgan & his team created an amazing website. They did unlimited revisions until I was 100% satisfied with the final launch of our website. The customer service I received from DENNIS MORGAN was SUPERIOR!!! He went ABOVE & BEYOND to satisfy each of my requests/revisions and dealt with every issue I had. I would strongly suggest working with DENNIS MORGAN if you plan to have your website designed. Since the launch in late December, Dennis and his awesome team are still there to help me with website post-launch support. Our website takes online Conference registration payments and everything is going well. Lastly, I would recommend DP for a website or any other digital work, with DENNIS MORGAN as your Project Manager, of course!

good overall experience so far, i had them do some logo work and they were quick, professional and efficient. I just upgraded and purchased 2 websites from them, so i am looking forward to seeing the qualify of these sites.

Long story short, they keep charging/asking to charge more than I bargained for. I am just a sole proprietor who was experimenting with a logo idea for a potential side business. Not something I am trying to put a lot of money into up front. They offered a deal. Design process was ok, but with friction. Result was ok, but eventually I just told them it was good enough and I would just finish working on it at my slower pace. A little while later they said they had to charge $320 for copyrighting. This was not stated up front anywhere, nor did I care about copyrighting. Again, this was just an idea for a potential side sole proprietorship. I ended up paying them. Now, 6-7 months later, they call back wanting to charge me for more, I believe another $320 for some similar filing. I declined and they have since called me back the next 2 days in a row so far, no voicemail, no email. I think the logo was $100-200. I thought it would be a deal an a nice break for me for some professional help to finish what I started. It has been a tremendous waste of time and money. Now I wish I had just slowly continued the logo on my own, even if it took a month or two. They did not disclose these charges up front, and when I tried to decline the 1st $320, all they did was say it was required. They offered to design me a website to compensate, but I declined, because web design/development is what I do, and I didn't want to drag it out or add more hidden charges. Surprise! I'll pass. I'm sure it's fine for companies to shell out this much for quality work, but to require those extra charges and not disclose them up front to a sole proprietor working on a theoretical side business idea isn't good business.

Hey there folks, if you are skeptic about trusting Danny and his awesome team to get your idea to the next level, i would highly encourage you to go for it as you would go on a blind date :) From idea generation to logo creation now website development, they have been super committed and making sure nothing was left on the side. Originally we had a rough start. Then they changed our lead contact person to Burak and all went smoothly after he was put in charge of our project. Our website is 10 months live and we could not be happier. They have delivered as promised. My web sales have allowed our phone sales to be almost obsolete. Which means my employees can produce more efficiently. For full disclosure I did have to upgrade the original sales pitch for increased security, which I am very happy with. Burak (last name not disclosed) is AWESOME!!! Thanks again.

Either these reviews were made by the company or I just ended up with the worst team, Travis & Brian. I started working with design proficient in September 2018. I initially reached out to them to create a logo for me. Initially they did a pretty good job with the logo & was responsive so after multiple calls from them offering to trademark my logo & to create my website, I decided to give them a try. It is now mid February 2019 & I have yet to receive my website and the company charged me over $1500 to complete the items that I listed but I have not received a finish product. No proof of trademark. No proof that they purchased my domain. No website. After multiple phone calls to speak to a manager, I was told by my account manager Brian that he is the only manager that I can speak with. I have given them multiple opportunities to correct their wrong & I have requested a finished website product or to refund my money but to no avail. I am now beginning the process with my attorney & credit card company for a refund. This company is completely fraudulent.

UNPROFESSIONAL and fraudulent, they add on charges at the end, even after you had spent time at the ordering in detailed discussion of how much you can spend.
