The site took longer to complete than I expected; however, the Design Proficient Team is a very responsive group determined to please. And working with them has been very productive. I am delighted with the end product. The site is handsome and clean. For this site, one of my main goals was overall simplicity, which is difficult to achieve. The Design Proficient Team accomplished this goal. The new MindBridge Press site is organized in a very attractive framework and is easy to navigate. Company creates design , but they try to force you to purchase copyright and other services and do not want to release your art work, they call you and in my case even charged my credit card without authorization. After I placed a negative review , they refunded me and now harassing me to remove this negative review. I'd stay away from this company.

After some initial misunderstandings about copyrighting, I received excellent service. One thing I can say is that they were very responsive and completed revisions in a very timely manner.

Taylor Stephen helped me get my logo finalized and was quite helpful and professional. Will update on how business cards, stationary, and flyers go.

this was the best service i have had. when i wasn't sure they were patient and gracious.

My client had them design a logo for him. Very mediocre work in my opinion. Without him knowing however, Design Proficient decided to buy his domain name out from under him and hold his domain hostage over the course of weeks because he didn't have them build his website. I've been calling them for weeks and getting passed around from one person to another. None of which speak English very well, all very rude, and unhelpful. At one point a support person was yelling at me saying that it's my fault that they can't point the domain to the right IP Address. I've done this for hundreds of websites before in the past, and now this company makes this simple cut / paste and click process into a 5 week old nightmare. They still can't figure out the problem on their end. Worst company I have ever had to work with.

I found Design Proficient online. The Octa Group Design Team led by Danny Kealin was great! In less than 2 days they created a perfect logo. They listened to the basics of what I wanted ( trustworthy and fun ) all else was a free area for creativity. Ohhh, I am so pleased! They deserve congratulations loud and clear!
