I’ve never had a problem with this company since I switched from EDF. I’ve just renewed my contract with them so am hoping the service remains the same.

I have been with goto energy now for over 12 months with both gas and electricity and I am very pleased no hassle I just send my readings in through my app then they send me my bill and that's it it's so easy it's the best thing iv done very very happy thank you goto energy

I have been sorted with a new deal which I'm not over the moon with but it is fair. I will be paying less each month, the energy you supply will be dearer but been in credit with you hopefully will cover the the year.
