Operative phoned me to advise my energy deal was coming to an end, was satisfied with the result, not pushy or intrusive, very knowledgeable and efficient.

Excellent customer service with regard to update contact and new price increase, helpful customer service operator Abdelilah. Goto.energy were the most competitive in comparison to other providers. However, I feel the huge price increase 'apparently' due to the Covid pandemic 'excuse' is appalling and this is across all providers. This is a money making scandal which the government is partially responsible for. General public are being penalised at every opportunity. Shameful !!

I was very happy with the young man who assisted me today. He was so honest and fair, he told me because I was in credit with my account he could offer me a fixed Deal for 12 months for slightly less than I was paying now, overall I was very impressed, a lovely, friendly, kind man.... Thank you so much 😊

I needed to set up a new contract for 2021/2022. fully the new contract detail I was given a quote that I could not find in the comparison sites that was better than any I could find. Abdul was efficient, polite and easy to talk to. He explained all the details of the new contract and set up a revised direct debit - it was easy.

Efficient and clear. Did not like the setting up account details as no emails or documents were sent through till afterwards. Reason I felt uncomfortable in case of a scam however it was ok and all seem to be in order so far.

I rang the call centre as I couldn't generate a quote online, and had a pleasant telephone conversation wih a member of the customer service team. He gave me an up to date quote which I accepted as it was very comparable with other energy suppliers, and received a confirmation email immediatelly.

I signed up to “look after my bills” last year and Goto.energy were recommended. Since then I have found them easy to communicate with, very helpful and professional whenever I have called. Whff we n my 12 month deal came to an end for four months the standard rate offered by Goto was better than anything else on offer and even when this price was raised slightly they provided me with details of other rates I might be interested I . No hard sell just useful information allowing me to make up my mind. After weighing everything up I have stayed with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Renewed my combined gas/ electric account for another year on a fixed price deal. Have had a fantastic service from them and also checked on comparison site for them only to be a few pounds more expensive, better the devil you know !!!!

I have been with Goto.energy for a year and have had no problems. Their app is easy to use, especially to take metre readings, and their bills are easy to understand. I have renewed with them as not only are they are one of the cheapest on the market but their staff are friendly and helpful.
