Bought a MTB helmet for my four year old and the price was considerably cheaper than other retailers. The helmet turned out to be too large so opted for an exchange. I called to confirm this would be alright and was dealt with by a professional, friendly and helpful member of staff. The exchange was dealt with quickly and competently and my 4yo and I are very happy with their new helmet. Would definitely buy from Velozone again.

This was my first time ordering with Velozone. Overall the experience was spot on. The item I bought was a great price. The system for the online shop and secure payment was straightforward. I received an email a couple days later explaining there had been some problem on their side regarding delivery dates but I didn't notice any delay. It was however good to be kept in the loop. Most shops would just bury their heads and hope you don't notice, if you do question something they usually revert you to their T&Cs. So all in all a pleasant experience. I will definitely use Velozone again and recommend them to everyone looking for great prices on cycling products. 👍

Had problems the freehub on my road bike so decided a new rear wheel could solve the problem. Velozone hads a new Shimano wheel that was just what was needed at a keen price, it was delivered within a few days of ordering and my road bike is now back in action with a smooth and quiet free hub. Great service.
