Velozone kept popping up on searches when looking for bike parts. Had never heard of them before so was reluctant to buy from. Glad I finally took the plunge as price and service were second to none. Would not hesitate to use next time I need something (generally every week 😬😛🤣).

My partner needed a specific make of chain ring for his bike.After contacting many many companies to try to buy this part we had no luck I even emailed a company in Belgium with no luck it was looking like this bike was never going to enjoy the open road again. We could get the bike repaired by a specialist bike repair shop for an extortionate price but My partner could repair it himself he just needed the part. Then his daughter found this wonderful company Velozone how I don't know We had been on every site. We called them and spoke to a lovely guy who's name we don't know he knew what we wanted went through all the sizes he had it in stock and we ordered it with a little bit of trepidation it arrived the day after and it was PERFECT it's been fitted is working well and my partner's bike is now back on the road. Thank you. This is a brilliant company to buy from the customer service and knowledge of products is brilliant my partner will definitely be buying from them again. Very easy to navigate Velozone website. Huge choice of tyres. I now a set of Schwalbe AL Grabber tyres at a price unmatched elsewhere (I believe) and with quick delivery, no problems. The items I purchased were very competitively priced and also post free which was great. I contacted velozone to inquire when my order was likely to arrive so that I could arrange to be in because where we live items are frequently stolen if left outside in a bin etc. I recieved a very polite email and my goods arrived the next morning.
