love the unique, quality products from this company. Recently my Christmas gift order arrived and the inside of the box was damaged. I emailed the gift company and Bekki answered quickly to say they will resend the damaged product. I also amazed when it arrived the next day. In a time of poor customer care this company were exceptional.

The item arrived promptly but the box is damaged and not of the items had no paint on 3 of the corners, lovely gift but had to go and buy a new gift box which was disappointing :(
