I placed an order 5 weeks ago and still no product but they sure took my money!!

As always excellent Quality and service. Only one issue is that the item was damaged when received and can only assume that this was transport damage however a replacement item was received within 2 days and all was good.

I have ordered 3 items from the oak range , 2 of the items have been delivered but not the third which is a matching sideboard . I have been trying to contact the customer services via the telephone numbers provided to chase up the item but they go straight to an answering service ,I have also messaged the email address provided and I have received no replies now for the last 3 days . This after sales service is very poor as the goods have been paid for in full I would welcome a reply . I bought the furniture as matching items therefore if I can’t get the missing item I will want a refund for all the furniture .

Purchased from the oak furniture range, Really happy with the value, I bought oak furniture from a furniture shop and it is the same only much cheaper. Delivered on a pallet so maybe a problem if you don't have a garage for them to leave it in.
