I received a Reed diffuser as a gift and it smelt amazing so thought I’d order 2 more . However one of them turned up with no Reed sticks and looked like some scent was missing out the bottle .

I would like to express my gratitude to Becci from "The Gift Company!. She answered my complaint about Terry the tortoise and has replaced the broken one very quickly. I am happy now with a new Terry for my garden and I will take Becci's advice and spray it with a weatherproof concrete sealer.
