My first time buying from these I rang up very knowledgeable and happy to help I got exactly what ordered I paid extra for delivery and arrived exactly on time driver was great birds arrived in great condition and young and hamster was a female Syrian that’s what I asked for and young and healthy. So all in all very happy fantastic service will be buying from them again professional service thank you.

Sky birds responded to me on pets for us,we visited there shop and found they had ready for new home connures, they where lovely beautiful colours and not hand shy, me and my husband ended up buying six at different intervals,sky birds where helpful with information and definitely woudnt let them go until they where happy with birds weight and condition , we where able to see and choose which birds we wanted, we are very pleased with them,prices are comparable, they will also deliver if needed,the staff where all friendly, I would recommend this company for birds,we bought the birds between April and June this year,

I had no problem when i purchased the ticket, but when there was a problem with flight delay and requested for a refund, all they had to do is to call the airline on behalf of us, they said unless i give them ticket number, they can not help us. I gave them to find it via booking number, names, email, phone number... but they are not willing to help unless i give them flight number which i don't have any more.... No after service!!!

I’ve just recently purchased a beautiful parakeet from skybirds carl was extremely helpful from start to finish he was very knowledgeable about all breeds in his care, cages were clean food bowls all full and plenty of fruit seen for them I will be purchasing again after Christmas and wouldn’t buy from another supplier of birds shops, also lots of variety of toys , treats for my daughters bird who after 3 days became very bonded with her.

Fantastic company, really enjoyed my visit there to purchase my pair of Indian Ringneck Parakeets. Very helpfull staff and very knowledgeble. The birds were kept in good cages and with plenty of food and water.

This shop wants investigating.. I've seen videos.. The way them poor birds are living in filth makes my blood boil 😡and all them other poor animals.. Discusting.. Shop wants shutting down 😡😡😡😡

I bought a canary unfortunately it died after 2day sent email to sky birds they were very good got back to me straight away unfortunately their was no more in stock they said they let me know when some come in when you buy a bird their his no guaranteed how long it’s going to last it was not sky bird fault th

My partner had wanted get a pet macaw for a very long time and the whole experience with this company has been shocking. • Incredibly good at getting back to us when they were going to make a sale (including out of hours and different methods of contact). Terrible and unprofessional at responding to messages after we raised an issue. • Was told she was hand raised/tamed but she had been stuck in quarantine for 1 month longer than she should have been but was NOT told that she was also in the shop for approx. 6 months with little to no human contact. • Spoke to them within 48hrs of the delivery about issues that we noticed (aggression, severe bite which is still painful at times now) – encouraged us to continue trying for a week but said that she would speak with the business owner regarding the possibility of a refund which Jo did not do. It was at this point, Jo told us about the 6 months in the shop. • Claimed that we would get a full refund if we returned her – but only after she found out that we had had to rehome her. • Bird was on a poor diet of seeds and refused to eat the appropriate food we gave her. She was also in a carrier for 8hrs on the way to us and there was no sign of water. • Given to a rescue with experienced handlers – she was removed from the cage wrapped in a towel to protect the lady’s fingers. • Multiple people in person and online have advised that she may not be the age listed on the Article 10 and believe that she may be older, this includes the people at the rescue. • Since then, communication continued and I expressed my dissatisfaction and Jo argued back and refused to accept any responsibility for selling animals that are not fit for sale. • We would never rehome an animal unless absolutely necessary and we have taken in and owned multiple animals with different requirements but we knew that we were going to be unable to work with her as she would need professional trainers to break the behaviour. We are absolutely devastated with the way this has gone – we have a very large cage in a dedicated bedroom that we no longer want to go into. • Spent a long time putting ourselves in a position to be able to afford this. • Wish we had taken a look at more reviews before purchasing from this company because if we had seem some of the things that some other people are saying then we would never had had any faith in this company. We are disgusted by the level of ‘service’ from this company.

My first experience with sky birds. Having visited the unit I was extremely impressed with the size and cleanliness with the various holding units of a wide variety of birds. The staff spent a lot of time showing me around the birds in stock...Lee and Guy particularly giving up their valuable time...Thank you. The birds I viewed were very well cared for with fresh water and a variety of fruits replenished daily. Well done on the stock you care for and the cleanliness offered. i would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.

I’d give them less if I could. I’ve been going here a long time now even before the ‘pet shop’ was there. I bought 2 rabbits on my last visit the lady tried charging me more I had a list via email to prove the price she didn’t like it and became funny with me. I didn’t realise one had snuffles. To cut a long story short he died of it passing it to 2 more the female then died of it as the vets couldn’t save her now my 3rd is hanging on with the help of medicine. It’s cost me a fortune in vets bills I emailed sky birds to tell them about it but they couldn’t be bothered to reply. I’ll never go back to them again

Old birds, sick and missing a few fingers, that's what I get after a Sky birds staff tell me they have perfect and healthy 6 months old birds. Besides the birds been sick, they sent me the wrong gender I asked for. The communication with them is terrible, they take too long to answer back (except when we are buying) and always have a lot of excuses. They replaced the birds, but the new ones was even worse, one of the replaced bird can barely fly because he has a wing deformity) Now I understand the reason why they don't post any pictures of the birds they sales on their website.

Absolutely amazing such kind and caring staff who answered all mine and my mums questions and my two buggies are happy and well.lovely cage package with everything inside don’t know if they are only doing that for Christmas though... All animals are kept nicely with lots of water and food. I really recommend to buy from here!😜😜🤪🥰 Amna 12yr old.

This is the second time I’ve had a Chinese hamster safely delivered to Wales from Skybirds & once again I’m very happy, she’s beautiful & obviously well cared for, remarkably calm & happy for a baby hamster just arrived in a new home, I would definitely recommend.

I sell my excess fife canaries here. Birds are individually health checked as they are removed from the travelling cages and from around 200 birds sold here on was found to have a feather lump and returned to me. Birds are provided with a variety of foods, including essential fruit and cages are large and clean. Only lost a star as some mosaic canaries purchased a few years ago were mite infested but easily sorted. Reasonable prices paid for my stock.
