I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR INTERNET - LIED AND MISLED ME - TOOK MY MONEY ONLINE AND THEN WAS NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL - I CALLED BACK AND HAVE TO NOW GO TO PROVIDER DIRECT TO CANCEL AND TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. DO NOT USE - BEWARE! THEY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!! BEWARE!

This is the best thing that happened to me today. Maria was the best to put me on a plan that was much cheaper ! Even with my own provider…Origin…why dont they tell me that ??? Thank you..I would give your organisation 6 stars And Maria 7 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I utilised internet monster to cancel and move my internet service to a new residence when I moved house. I thought everything went smoothly at the time however 6 months down the track I have come to find that internet monster failed to cancel the internet account at my old residence and I now have debt for the last 6 months for an idle unused internet account. this is shocking and left me in a very difficult financial situation. What makes this worse is that my internet provider has no evidence of the cancellation for the old account in their system. so internet monster simply made me a new account for internet leaving me with 2 accounts, effectively paying double. I was assured at the time that my internet account would be moved and the old account would be cancelled. I am a disabled person living below the poverty line and things like this cause multiple issues in many areas of my life, including being unable to afford life saving treatments and medications. this is negligence.
