It was good to have an answer quickly over the weekend and the digital process was good It wasn’t great that I had to remind the team member of the rate that we had discussed. Then it was concerning that the first time I asked about the fees I wasn’t explained the fees as it was still conditional and then when I asked again once approved and finalising the loan Erin told me the broking fee but not the establishment fee. Also the fee of 7 for erc was explained but the fee in the docs from heartland was $21. I have a detailed knowledge of the cccfa and I’d suggest some upskiling
