The work was completed in less than a day, with minimal mess or hassle and without even needing to switch the water off, and the new bath surface is a huge improvement and even better than we had hoped for. Repair of an enamel shower tray damaged on install Outstanding customer service at every stage. A minor detail but I was impressed that they have a publicised office address on their website and office staff that answer the phone, speedily emailed a quote and subsequent receipt and guarantee. Very professional (2 other companies I made an enquiry with just had mobile numbers on their website, no address and quoted by text). The technician (David) who conducted the repair was polite, professional, and very thorough.

Grant did a great job of repairing our shower tray and basin, after they suffered storm-related damage. The casual observer would never know they'd been damaged. Apart from the smell of the products used taking a couple of days to dissipate it was all a very straightforward process.

Beautiful repair of a heartbreaking chip on our almost new bath. Stephen very kindly fitted us in at short notice and the repair took no time at all. The final result is better than we dared hoped for. Only a great deal of squinting reveals an almost imperceptible difference in the level of shine that you’d never find if you didn’t know to where to look. There was no mess at all, only a solvent smell that dispersed within the hour. We were delighted and would definitely use Stephen and his son again.
