Mendabath were easy to communicate with and booked in quite quickly. The experience got even better on-site - Cecil arrived on time, was incredibly warm and polite, very careful about moving his equipment into our recently painted home. He explained all the processes clearly, did the job in about 2 hours, and was kind and friendly with our kids too which we always appreciate! He tried to do the minimum to the bath in order to not ‘overdo’ the repair/restoration which we we appreciated a lot (rather than recommending an extensive more costly job, that would probably have turned out to be less effective in the long-term) It’s such a pleasure working with small businesses that have great expertise, good values, and great customer service. Would strongly recommend.

I recently had my bath resurfaced by Stephen Baison from Mendabath. There was a slight glitch with the process, however, this was rectified with a second visit shortly after the first. On both occasions Stephen was friendly, professional and efficient. I was left with a shiny new bath surface and everything else neat and tidy - Stephen even washed up his mug!

We had some staining and tiny pinholes in our washbasin. We secured a prompt appointment with Mend a Bath and Cecil arrived on schedule. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Mendabath, once for our shower and once for our sink. Both repairs have been outstanding, you simply wouldn’t know there had been any damage! Communication is great, punctuality is great, Stephen is so polite and leaves the work area spotless. I can’t speak highly enough of them and would thoroughly recommend their services.

First of all the technician , Brendon Helm ,arrived at the time stated .After an appraisal of the bath work quickly commenced. The end result was a bath which looked brand new . At all times Brendon was courteous and kept me informed of progress. The bathroom was left tidy and exactly as it was before work commenced. I will have no problem at all in recommending Mend A Bath.

I cannot thank Mendabath enough. I still cannot believe that a hole in my bath can be fixed - even though it has been! We had the disaster of the glass of our shower screen falling out, the corner of which went straight through the full thickness of the bath creating a hole. I cannot make fault with Mendabath, from their communication at the beginning, with timely responses from Lynne who even took the time to call me and explain the process of a repair which prevented me from causing myself an even bigger repair job to my bath surround, to the minimal wait time of the repair actually being completed. Andy who came was friendly, knowledgable, put me at ease and was incredibly respectful of my property. My bathroom was left as spotless as it was when he came in. Unless you want to sit staring at the bath you would never even know a repair had taken place. I am so grateful not least that my large L-shaped bath didn’t end up in landfill but that I didn’t end up with a huge tile refit job on top of replacing the bath. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services and would absolutely utilise them again if ever faced with another disaster!

I cannot praise this company highly enough Cecil attended this morning and repaired our bath to as new a wonderful polite and courteous person if the whole world were run as this company then we would live in paradise. We had a very tricky bath to work with and we just couldn’t finish off the surface of the bath to be perfectly smooth and shiny. But Cecil did an amazing job, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the final result! Now our bath has a perfectly smooth and shiny surface as if it came out of the factory like this. Cecil finished the job within a day and the paint dried in 24 hours, so it was really quick compared to what I expected. He worked really neatly and left a clean tidy environment after him. I would 100% recommend him and the Mendabath team!

We had a yellowing shower tray refurbed. Excellent communication throughout and quick replies (thank you, Lynne 🙂). Andy did a beautiful job re-coating the shower tray back to a gleaming white that you can (literally!) see your reflection in. Good instructions for after-care with environmentally friendly products.
