You have just changed the closing stopper from the hinge on the left to the hinge being on the right-hand side. I used to never get urine on my hand when using men's library, but with this new arrangement, I get urine on my hands ALL the time, even after almost a month of use. UGH! I wish--highly desire--that the hinge be put back on the left side, where I remove the stopper with the left hand and hold the female end with my right.

An excellent and trustworthy company Agree, that this company deserve and has earn a five star rating. Men Liberty has met my needs and requirements in and on time manner.

My experience has been very good. They ship on time. They cal to remind me if I need a shipment. There is only one small thing they ask of me. Inside the received box of devices, is a letter asking me to send it back saying I have received it. BUT they do not provide an envelope for the return!!!!!!!!!! If they really want to know, why wouldn't they provide the envelope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So their rating could be 5 stars, BUT it is NOT.

I was using adult diepers till I saw an ad for Mens Liberty. I have been using them for over a year. I have been very satisfied However I would like to comment on the new style. It seems like a new material I don’t like the new style. It doesn’t hang as well and it is almost impossible to not get urine on your fingers when you empty the bag. I would endorse the old style.

Allows me to travel and not have to make as many stops to use the restroom. In addition, it allows me to have a good nights sleep. On the negative side one cannot wear shorts that are above the knee. Does not allow one to be physical active as one would like as in anaerobic (stop and go, or bending) exercises. During hot weather there a sensation of peeing down your leg because of the perspiration buildup between the collection bag and thigh when wearing compression shorts to keep the bag from dangling.

The quality of the product continues to slide. The manufacture needs to have a better inspection policy.

Men’s Liberty Was a real life

I've used a number of urinary products over the years to treat my total incontinence and Men's Liberty still tops my list. I've been able to regain my quality of life thanks to this product. Although not perfect I have been able to adapt the product to work with my anatomy and provide me a sense of security especially when I play 18 holes of golf.

Excellent service and product

I am going to say that once the learning process for these things has been mastered (takes awhile), the product is very effective. Each one has lasted me on average about 48 hours up to 5 days. It beats pads all to heck and gone especially if like me (I got hammered bad in a surgical screw-up) urine flow is completely unimpeded. My bladder valve was destroyed. Once in a great while, one will unexpectedly slip off way to early and I've learned not to panic as I can slip it out the bottom of my pant cuff and cup it into my hand. That's why I still wear a pad as a back-up just in case. This was mainly supposed to be about a Liberty transaction I recently had and that special effort they made went flawlessly. A combination of circumstances left me unexpectedly very short on supply. They were very willing and helpful in getting me a short term extra supply. However, let me reiterate a problem of old that Men's Liberty has not addressed and caused me deep humiliation in the past. I'm speaking of the day an entire 90 day supply was delivered to my front door in a box with one narrow strip of scotch tape to hold the two separate halves of the box together and had come apart some time during delivery. It was obvious the contents had spilled out during delivery. Odd, how the delivery man who had been quite friendly in the past, now became rather distant and nervous around me. DO NOT blame the delivery man! I have twice pointed out this pathetic job of holding together the bottom of these boxes and recently had another one show up barely holding together at the bottom. No attempt has been made to better secure these boxes as they are still shipped with that one solitary narrow strip of tape.

Early on some product failures but company worked to fix them. Only product on the market to help my problem resulting from prostatectomy (constant drainage) . Adult diapers are all but temporary at best as I must change them all night long, no sleep. Recommend them to all who ask.

This product has made a world of difference to me after loosing continence from my prostate surgery. This product has made very bearable and I can do almost everything I use to do except run and swim. I tried other products and they consistently let me down. While this product has failed on rare occasions, it is vastly better than anything else I tried and the staff is very responsive.

I have used the Men's Liberty product for almost two years and have decided to abandon further use because of the product"s unreliability. There are real and substantial problems with the adhesive bond in the product. When it works, it works quite well and it is a blessing to remain dry and comfortable for many hours. But my experience is that I never know whether the adhesive will continue to bond once I've put the product on. Breaches occur in part or in whole at arbitrary times, from within minutes to hours after attachment. The insecurity created by risk of and the horrible embarrassment and discomfort caused by actual catastrophic failure are not worth the likelihood that the product will succeed..
