I used the WhatsApp contact us button. Very responsive and easy to communicate and share images. The transaction was made with ease and I was kept informed from both the company and the courier. Brilliant and informative shop, I bought a rhino rat snake and pueblan milksnake from them, both healthy and curious, and they kept me informed with courier and prices were also great. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, its a beautiful snake but I'm pretty sure it's a female when I ask for a male.

The only problem I had was I got an email with the wrong delivery date A week early Other than that everything was spot on

This pet shop is without the most helpful and knowledgeable shop in the UK ..they are always polite and always have time to answer any questions you have ..the reptiles and frogs I have had in the past are in perfect condition and thriving as soon as received..well done 👍

They sent my order out with only one box of crickets instead of 3 ?? There's a bit of a difference between 1 and 3 I would've thought he would have picked up on that but still one phone call and they sorted it so no harm done. Thanks guys

I ordered the items I purchased on Monday 1st May and chose 1-2 day delivery and they still haven't arrived.
