Was greated by a lovely young lady, who immediately asked how she could help us. We wanted to have a look at leopard geckos with a view to buy one for our 12 year old son. She was very helpful took us too the well stocked leopard geckos and allowed my son to look at them and hold them. She also showed us other types of gecko and my son was introduced to the African fat tailed gecko. She explained the differences between the different types of geckos, their needs and temperament and we left with a young African fat tailed gecko. We were given as much time as we needed to make a decision. She asked us about the enclosure we had and talked through a couple of changes we could make to ensure a happy healthy animal She didn't apply any pressure and gave us time alone to discuss the best option for us. It was my 12 year old son who wanted me to leave this review because he left really happy with his experience, felt that the lady gave him the opportunity to say what he wanted and he already loves the new addition to our family. She also asked us to keep them informed of how well the animal was doing and said if we had any questions or concerns at all to please let them know and they would continue to provide help and support to us.

Next day delivery and the locusts were fresh and vibrant!! A very happy beardie 10/10 as always!!!

Spoke to Monica about adopting a barking gecko and was given great advice quickly about what my enclosure needed but without a push to buy a load of things from them. Was very kind and polite with clearly very good knowledge which they were happy to share with me.

As a guy who owns a lot of reptiles I really love this shop. The staff are friendly and know their stuff, the shop itself looks amazing. I recently bought a monitor lizard from them and the colleague Dani was very helpful in bringing the lil guy home with me she deserves a promotion!!
