Shaunna and Linda worked very hard to rectify an incorrect delivery where I had entered the eircode one digit incorrectly and DPD delivered to an address in a different county which had no resemblance to the complete address I had supplied. The Christmas hamper was no longer appropriate as the date had passed but they substituted it for a suitable alternative. Very responsive and helpful in resolving. Second time I have used the company lovely products

I got a present of one of your hampers for Christmas. Very nicely presented Very pleased . However the candle which we used was square shaped and just burned through the middle leaving lots of wax unused and lasted about 6 hours Very disappointed to say the least.

I received a hamper & co box with different cheeses in it as present from a family member, the order was delivered to my address on the 30th of August by a courier company and I opened upon arrival. One of the cheeses was out of date (22/08/04) so I rang hamper & co and told the lady on the phone about the out of date cheese and she was very apologetic, she told me she would post me the replacement cheese and I thanked her and that was that. It’s now Sunday the 15th of September and I have received nothing from hamper & co so I decided to post this review. I wouldn’t have minded so much but the cheese in this case was way out of date and the fact that someone went out of their way to pay this company good money to have this sent to me and for the person on the phone who works for hamper & co to say that then just do nothing is a bit much. You would think that someone who works for hamper & co would be checking the dates on the food especially dairy before packing and posting!! Needles to say I won’t be using this company to send gifts to friends and family.

I lost a year old voucher code and contacted the company. I have rarely had such an exceptional experience with a retailer. I sent a mail on a Sunday and had a response at 8:30 the next morning asking for details. I provided incomplete information and through an exchange of a couple of emails, the issue had been sorted within 15 minutes, with complete professionalism as well as a light personal touch. Could not recommend more highly.

Shocked at how fast my order was processed. I ordered a mothers day hamper in a panic!! It was delivered the next before 11am - My mother was over the moon with the goods in the hamper. The gift card was a nice touch too, saved me from having to send a Mothers day card. Thank you once again for getting me out of a pickle :)

Firstly the presentation of the hampers were fantastic. I ordered on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery this week. Both recipients acknowledged delivery by 11am this morning and were delighted with their contents.

No hamper arrived. No reply to my email. No reply to my voice calls left. No reply via twitter. Maybe my order is not corporate but for an elderly lady. Shocked at zero customer service. Awful awful compnay

it happened that i was at the place where i ordered hamper for and was shocked by the contents of the box and the poor wrapping. unfortunately I've ordered few and thought they are great but i seems to be i was scammed. even the delivery dates are not what i requested for 2 of the 5 i've ordered also the card is hidden inside the box where noone can see it which is very important. these are not hampers as shown on the webside and they look very poor. never again. very frustrated.
