Unable to leave no stars. Bra arrived after 3 weeks although they took my money immediately. Bra not suitable and have asked for a refund. Complicated returns system where they have to agree to your return. Eight days since I requested a returns label and a refund, three times we have requested this. Customer service is non - existent, phone is never answered. Update as of 2nd March - problem resolved, obviously thanks to Trustpilot review.

Having received my beautifully wrapped ‘No Bounce Active Bra Grey’ about a week ago, I duly tried it on. However, I was unsure if I felt comfortable and put the bra in a drawer - my mistake! After a very nice follow up call from one of the team yesterday, I decided to try the bra again while doing a Zoom exercise class. Guess what? I now love my new bra! Thank you! 👏

First time ordering, so I ordered two sizes just to be sure, 1 fit perfect. Beautifully made and you can feel the quality of the bra, I will defiantly be ordering more. I'm on the larger bra size and struggle with digging in the sides and marks left when taken off, this bra fits perfectly and actually makes my boobs look better because no spillage out top or sides.

Ordered the sports bra which arrived yesterday. I have worn it all day and am very pleased with it. The material is lovely and soft and it's really comfortable. I will definitely buy more.

The most comfortable bra I have ever worn fantastic fit and lovely soft material. The customer service is also amazing with a lovely e mail asking how my bra was. You won't be disappointed.

I just purchased the Kelly Bra and I am very pleased with the fit. My only small gripe would be the buckle at the back of the straps, which once adjusted, slipped to the side and twisted. I am on the heavy side being 36G but it's the first time I've had a bra with those extra buckles on the strap.

Arrived quickly and fits well. Haven't worn it for any length of time yet so can't comment on long term comfiness. Appreciated the follow up phone call to see if I was happy

Definitely not number 1. Still waiting for my refund despite them receiving my goods back on 23rd December, it's now 31st January. I absolutely would not recommend using this company.

Amazing bras!!! Ordered a Kelly bra and loved it so much ordered an Ava bra straight away!! They are so comfortable, beautiful and flattering. Definitely recommend!!

Really comfortable bra, excellent quality and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent and even though it took more than 1 attempt to get my correct size - nothing was too much trouble! I have ordered from them again and will continue to do so. 🙂👏

Still waiting for my refund from the beginning of Dec 2021. No communication from No1 Bra who, certainly are not No1 for their customer service as there is a complete lack of it! All I want is my money back now. Would definitely not recommend…very very poor service.
