Originally ordered a couple of bras earlier in the year - trying to get a response from customer service to return was a nightmare however did eventually get arranged however then had to chase for refund. The bra I kept was the Kelly bra however when washed (following instructions) the cups collapsed in places making it unwearable- again you just get no response from customer service quickly and have to email relentlessly, long story short eventually sent it back got offered replacement (I refused) and again had to chase for refund - now they have sent me another Kelly bra which again I am trying to return and to date have had 3 emails ignored!!!

After initially giving a bad review No 1 bra contacted me a sorted it out very quickly. I am now a happy customer. The bra fits very well and will reorder again..

No1Bra Customer Care went over & above any other Customer Care service I’ve experienced. Very helpful in advising on correct fitting & replacing a wrongly ordered item immediately. Bras and Briefs are of high quality & fit superbly.

After I had written my review, my issue was resolved satisfactory, The issue was because of the distribution centre, Kim at ‘no 1 Bra’ was more than helpful. And I will probably purchase from them again as I like the product. I have bought bras and knickers previously form No1 Bra loved the product, not cheap, had a good experience. Ordered a bra & knickers in June delayed delivery which was explained they would be dispatched at the end of July, I then received an email asking if I liked my new Bra in August, then the nightmare began after numerous emails and telephone calls from my self, the customer service, follow up and broken promises, I will never purchase anything from them again, I was a complete inconvenience for them to deal with.

Excellent customer service from phone consultation to delivery. Bras are excellent quality, very comfortable and well supporting.

Really good fit and looks really nice too, the padding is not so much it feels bulky. Will be ordering more bras in the future.

These Bras are amazing. They are so comfortable. No1 staff are so helpful polite and get things sorted. Ordered 2 Kelly bras in nude was on back order. They have arrived and just had to put one on these bras are so comfortable, no digging of wires support without knowing you have a bra on. They give wonderful shape Just ordered 2 more 🥰

Best bra I have ever worn, I have the Kelly Bra, which is padded and the Darcey Bra which is non-padded. I find both styles very comfortable, once on I am not constantly trying to adjust them, they fit perfectly. I know they are a bit pricey, but believe me, they are worth it.

Don't often leave reviews but felt so happy with my bras that I just had to! Firstly, customer service and delivery is brilliant but as for the bras...hands down the most comfortable I have ever worn. It has taken so many years, brands and money to eventually find the perfect ones. No more whipping it off as soon as I get home! Genuinely so, so happy 😊

What's going on with this company ?? I ordered a bra a long time ago, still received nothing. I keep getting emails saying it's finally back in stock, but still nothing has arrived. Also no luck with the phone number that they put up. Is this a SCAM ??

An update on my last review..... No 1 bra refunded my payment straight away and have now been in touch as the bra I ordered is in stock. They have kindly offered to send my order free of charge, I have had several helpful emails from them and my bra is on it's way! Cannot wait to try :)

Ever since I have needed to wear a bra, I have NEVER found one that properly fits due to me being a bit too ‘gifted’ with boobs. They have always been uncomfortable, straps fall down my arms, digging into me at the side causing actual cuts to me and bits of boobs falling out of all angles, with most bra fittings ending up with me feeling rubbish! When I met Jen for a fitting, she put time into finding me a bra that would fit me properly and hold them where they should be in the MOST comfortable bra i have ever worn + it actually makes my boobs look smaller and makes me feel way less self conscious. I cannot thank her and her team, especially Lucy, enough for the time they have put into helping me and cannot wait to see what else they have to offer! 🥳

Like many others I ordered and paid for my bra in May. I had an email 2 weeks ago telling that it was now in stock and would be sent soon. I notice thay are putting out marketing emails saying everything is back in stock. They obviously want new customers with no regard for the many that paid them for goods in May. I will NEVER buy again from this company and would advise people to really think before they place an order with them.

Excellent company. Having not worn a 'proper' Bra throughout lockdown (and weight gain!), I needed assistance with measuring and getting the correct Bra. Lucy, from Customer Services, was exceptional. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable. She sourced and sent a 'tester Bra'. This arrived the following morning and she called to go through the fitting with me. Swiftly she advised the sizing was wrong and guided me to another Bra type. I received the new Bra the next day... perfect fit. Lucy's support was over the phone, not video link, her questions and knowledge allowed this fitting to go smoothly and I now the proud owner of 2 extremely comfortable beautiful Bra's. The additional support band under the arms is comfortable and supportive, allowing for the back straps to not have to increase in width and the shoulder straps are comfortable and don't dig in. I have the Cara Bra, black and nude, and I will be most certainly be buying them again to have a couple of each. *** the return tester Bra was even arranged by Lucy, with no out of pocket loss to me. I recently purchased the Darcy bra and absolutely love the fit and feel. I have had breast surgery and this is the first underwired bra that fits without digging in and the fabric is so smooth and stylish. I also love the design and lace. Happy customer. Fabulous service
