He dealt with the details efficiently and made the process very simple and straightforward. He answered my questions and dealt with the whole process in a very professional manner. Obviously, this is day one for me but my experience so far has left me feeling comfortable with Varooma and would readily recommend them

Easy communication and ease of loan. However was originally told it would be in my bank in 2 hours I ended up waiting more along the lines of 4-5 hours which ended up me missing out on getting my car sorted that night an ended having to take it to the garage the day after. That's my only negative feed I have so far
