I found the customer services team very helpful and friendly. They helped me find a loan amount that would be affordable without leaving me in a situation whereby I'll paying off the loan for years. The guy came the next day to see the car and sign the paperwork - it was all quick and easy. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Quick, easy logbook loan. Called for a loan and got the loan with in 1 day is phoning to get a loan. Money went into the bank by 12pm the next day.

Fast payment very easy and polite staff

The service that I was provided by varooma was ok. They got the job done but it was pretty hard to get through to the agent processing the loan. He seemed pretty disinterested then was 5.5 hours late to the appointment so I had to reschedule for early the next morning as it was getting pretty late at night. Once there he was good and to the point just a bit of a hassle to actually get him to turn up.

Every thing was done very quickly and money was in with bank within an hour or so. Excellent service and very professional.
